The Appraisal is Conducted
Our highly trained and experienced appraisers will visit the property, research the market and prepare the reports. As part of this process we will actively seek information about the property such as recent or planned changes, areas of concern, operating statememnts and any other items that impact value.
Receive Completed Appraisal
You receive your completed real estate appraisal.
Alderney Appraisals will provide a finished appraisal in a professional report that follows the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP). After review we welcome the opportunity to address any questions or comments.
